Refund Policy

Refund for Cancelled Shipments:

Once goods are delivered successfully the sale is final but in the exceptional case of a Refund:

• For payments done through credit / debit cards or net banking, the refund will be initiated to the source account within 24 - 48 business hours after refund is initiated. It may take 4 - 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account from the day it is initiated.
• For COD payments, we will initiate a bank transfer within 24 - 48 business hours after refund is initiated. It may take 4 - 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account from the day it is initiated.

In case of dispute(s) regarding order of any fragile products , a proper and clear unboxing video is required from customer’s end to be able to proceed further with any kind of exchange/ refund/ returns or credit.
